& this is how out of shape I am

Yesterday: Only finished 5 minutes of “30 day Shred: Level 1”

Today: Only finished 10 minutes of  ”30 day Shred: Level 1”

I have two doctor appointments tomorrow which means I’ll be weighed and judged TWICE.

The joy.

update: 

It’s crazy how much my mental health changes. 

I read that post from two months ago and I can’t believe I ever felt that way. 

If anyone cares… I’m actually so much happier and don’t feel that way at all. 

There may still be some negative things in my life but I now choose to focus on the positive.

I think I give up on this blog 

I originally created it for support and to interact with others but that never happens anymore. 

So back to my journal I go.

To those of you who are gone but were supportive in the beginning thank you so much. 

I don’t want to step foot in an amusement park until I lose at least 50 pounds.

I usually go to six flags once a year, so I have a year.
